Hassle-free returns of unused items within 60 days for a full refund minus shipping. Used items cannot be returned unless for fulfillment of warranty. Some large items in the catalog have a 15% restocking fee if returned.

Generally if something is not working properly Organic Mechanic will refund, repair or replace it, according to your preference and the nature of the situation.
